Telephone Bill Payment

A convenient Time-Saver For Busy Times

In continuation to our strategy to enhance ad diversify our services to best serve our customers, we are pleased to announce our new Telephone Bill Payment services in collaboration with the companies providing the Mobile Phone Service as well as with the Egyptian Telecommunication Organization Authority 'ETC' (formally the National Telecommunication Organizations Authority 'ARENTO') for all of the current digital switches.

The service will include payments of the following bills:

  • Mobile Telephone
  • Telephone and Fax for Local / International
  • Telex
Apply Only Once to Get Started

Just fill the application form specifying the services required and deliver it to your branch in person or via mail or by using your CIB Card (if available) at any of your ATMs through the 'Messages' option.

Service Effective Date

To enjoy the service, please ensure delivering your application according to the following time schedule:

  • For Settling Your Local Bills: At least two months prior to due payment date; before the end of April for June Bills and the end of October for December Bills.
  • For settling your international Telephone, Fax and Telex Bills: Prior to the end of each month to pay the following month bill.
  • For settling your Mobile Bills: Effective the 1st of June 1999

You can always check with your branch to ensure receipt of your application and confirm date of service activation.

Safe Automatic Payment System

Your account shall be debited with bill due amount (electronically received from the Designated Company) in addition to the service fees. Kindly, ensure that sufficient balance is available in your account.

Payment Dates
  • Local Telephone and Fax Bills: On the 26th of January and July or the previous working day (if it is a holiday) your account shall be debited with your bill amount plus service fees (LE 5 per line of a maximum of LE 50 for any number of lines)
  • International Telephone, Fax, and Telex Bills: On the 26th of each month or the previous working day (if it is a holiday) your account shall be debited with your bill amount plus service fees (LE 5 per line of a maximum of LE 50 for any number of lines)
  • Mobile Telephone: Same payment system indicated above shall be effected upon receiving the billing from the Designated Companies.
Payment Proof

Your bank statement will include the deducted bill amount corresponding your telephone number and this is considered an official proof of bill payment accepted by the Designated Companies.

In addition, you may request an extra payment advice to be mailed to your address for only LE 10
