• We provide you with access up to EGP 5 million for purchase, and for construction, renovation, and improvement starting from EGP 75,000.
• We also offer to finance in foreign currencies.
• We offer you up to 75% of the purchased property value and up to 45% of refurbishment or finishing.
• You can pay us back your purchase loan over 20 years, and your refurbishment and finishing loans over 10 years, on condition that your installments do not exceed 40% of your monthly income.
• Life and Property Insurance during the installments settling period.
