We have strategic alliances in some of the GCC markets that have limited accessibility. The business model there allows us a low cost entry strategy into these markets where we only target the NRE segment. Our competence with this segment is that we are closer to their families than any other private sector bank in Egypt. However, this model is restrictive with regard to the number of products and capacity we can deploy. We will continue to seek all business models that allow us to fully utilize our un-tapped brand recognition and core competencies. |
