​​​CIB received one complaint from an individual retail client at a branch in Alexandria regarding an alleged discrepancy in their account statement. The matter is the subject of an ongoing investigation. CIB will update investors via the stock exchange and regulatory officials at the Central Bank of Egypt as developments warrant.

Management notes that the trust of its customers of all sizes, from individual retail clients to the largest corporation, is the Bank’s number one priority.
