​​CIB-Instant Credit Card Payment Service-Website Inner Page Banner-1366x325px-En.jpg​As a continuation of our digitization plan to offer convenient and instant solutions to our customers, we are introducing instant settlement of CIB credit cards through all our digital channels; CIB's online and mobile banking, ATMs or IVR.

When you settle your credit card balance through any of our digital channels, your payments will be instantly reflected on the card's balance, even outside the bank's working hours or on weekends and holidays, so you can use the paid amount on the spot!

Here's a brief explanation on how to use each digital channel to settle your credit cards:

IVR:

The following steps show how you can register for IVR and settle your cards:

If you do not already have an IVR PIN, follow steps 1through 4 to create one, if you already have an IVR PIN, go directly to step 5.

  1. Call 19666
  2. Press 1 for accounts and cards
  3. Enter any of your active debit or credit card numbers and PIN
  4. Enter 4 digits to be your telephony PIN
  5. Upon successful registration, press 2 for cards, then 2 for card settlement

 

Internet and Mobile Banking:

To settle your credit cards through Internet Banking, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CIB Internet Banking using https://ebanking.cibeg.com
  2. Go to "Pay Own Credit Card" from "Money Transfers"
  3. Choose the source account, credit card to settle, enter the desired amount, and click "Next"
  4. Review the payment details then click "Transfer"
  5. Logout, then login again to view the credit card's updated balance. If the balance hasn't been updated, click on "Refresh Accounts" at the bottom of the homepage


To settle your credit cards through Mobile Banking, follow these steps:

  1. Log in using the same username and password for Internet Banking
  2. Go to "Pay Own Credit Card" from "Transfer to Own Accounts"
  3. Then Choose pay own credit card to settle, source account, enter the desired amount, and click "Next"
  4. Review the payment details then click "Confirm"
  5. Logout, then login again to view the credit card's updated balance. If the balance hasn't been updated, click on the refresh icon at the bottom of the homepage

     
    ATMs:


The following steps show how you can settle your cards through our ATMs:

Using your credit card:

  1. Insert your credit card
  2. Select language
  3. Choose credit card settlement
  4. Deposit the cash
  5. Confirm the transaction
     

Cardless deposits:

  1. Choose cardless services from the ATM main screen
  2. Choose cardless deposit
  3. Confirm the disclaimer
  4. Choose credit card settlement
  5. Enter the card number
  6. Enter your mobile number
  7. Deposit the cash and confirm the transaction
     

Using your debit card to settle your credit card:

  1. Insert your debit card
  2. Select language
  3. Choose payment from account
  4. Choose credit card settlement
  5. Choose the card you want to settle from your own cards list
  6. Enter the amount
  7. Confirm the transaction
