The CPS system is easy to use and has a friendly interface. The system is in Arabic and does not need the authorized persons to proceed with the payment (if requested by the customer). CIB’s GTB Governmental Payments Products Team and the e-finance company provide full training and support to help make your experience easier.
ePay is conducted through a CIB branch, which is less convenient because it will take more time and effort due to branch queues and will limit the time frame in which customers can complete transactions during working hours. CPS transactions can be completed online and processed 24/7, making it more convenient for the customer.
The system is up and running within 3-5 working days after the request is submitted and the copies of the national ID are provided.
Transactions can be completed within minutes as long as you have a CPS account with a sufficient balance.
You will immediately be able to print or save the receipt upon completing the transaction.
Corporate Payment Services (CPS) is an online platform that enables your company to make a variety of governmental payments, including, but not limited to, customs, taxes, Unified Gateway and social insurance.
Clients are required to sign a bank request form and provide a copy of their national ID, and needed documents. This can be submitted at any CIB branch or through the customer’s Relationship Manager. Companies must provide an information update form as per CPS registration requirements.
A bank representative and a member of the e-Finance staff will arrange a meeting with the client. This meeting will take care of system implementation and training the client.
