You should submit a secure email with the incorrect transaction details and its reference number to stop its execution. Our team will attempt to stop the transaction in accordance with CIB's internal procedures and policies.
Go to "Change Profile" and follow the steps shown to successfully create a new password.

The team will stop the token and issue a new one for the replacement after receiving a written authorization request or a secure e-mail request through CIB Business Online from the company.

The team will follow up with you closely to ensure the deactivation of the lost or stolen OTP device and replacing it with a new one.
