Cairo─ September 29─ CIB- Egypt’s leading private-sector bank, has launched an educational dictionary to raise awareness on sign language, targeting CIB’s retail banking employees. This initiative complements the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and the Egyptian government’s efforts towards social inclusion and empowering the deaf community.
This new offering will facilitate communication in sign language, promoting inclusivity and bridging communication gaps. Furthermore, the multimedia dictionary will help improve the quality of customer service for clients with special needs.
