In light of the upcoming end of term of office of Mr. Sherif Samir Samy’s as a non-executive board member, Commercial International Bank (CIB) – Egypt’s Board of Directors has accepted in its board meeting dated 8th December, 2025 Mr. Samy’s official resignation effective December 31st, 2025.
The Directors of the Board extend their deep appreciation and gratitude to his dedication and valuable contributions during his tenure at the Board wishing him the best of luck in his next endeavors.
