​With reference to the Bank’s release dated July 5th, 2017 concerning the partial sale of CIB’s ownership stake in CI Capital Holding (“CI Capital”) and after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, CIB would like to announce that, today, it has successfully executed the transfer of 3.45% of CICH’s shares at a transaction value amounting to EGP 44,860,178,  while the Bank will retain a minority stake of 10% in CI-Capital Holding.
