CIB reported today that Mr. Hussein Abaza, its Chief Executive Officer, has returned to work at the Bank’s headquarters in Cairo following a 28-day period of self-quarantine during which he worked remotely. During that period, Mr. Abaza tested negative for the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19 four times. He had entered self-quarantine following the death of a close family member who passed away of the disease.
