Cairo, April 26, 2025- CIB, Egypt’s leading private-sector bank, has launched an upgraded version of its Internet banking platform, enabling customers to manage their accounts and perform banking transactions directly through the web browser.

 

This upgrade underscores the bank’s commitment to driving digital innovation and offering advanced banking solutions. The new platform features a modern interface, providing easy access to a comprehensive range of services, including instant account opening, installment plans for credit card payments, bill payments, and applying for certificates and deposits. Furthermore, customers can apply for a loan and credit card and conduct investment fund transactions. Users can also update their contact information, request checkbooks, stop or replace cards, and access advanced account management features. This platform offers account management services for related parties, allowing guardians to manage minors’ accounts.
