Cairo, May 11, 2023- CIB, Egypt’s leading private-sector bank, hosted an event titled “Building a Path for Innovation” as part of its “Meet the Expert” series. This event falls in line with CIB’s extensive efforts to develop human capital and expose its staff to international and global trends.

The event was led by Mr. John K. Coyle, a world traveler, international innovation and design thinking keynote speaker. Mr. Coyle is an award-winning author, professor, Olympic medalist, former head of innovation for a Fortune 500 company, and a world-leading expert in the fields of innovation and design thinking. 

Staff members from various departments and managerial levels attended the event and witnessed the powerful interaction between the guest speaker and the audience. Through a number of success stories, Mr. Coyle shared his experience, insightful journeys and discussed the power of innovation and the significant impact it has on leading organizations toward success during turbulent times. 

The event highlighted the importance of innovation through design thinking to help embrace the world’s continuous changes and transformation, equipping CIB employees with the necessary tools needed to face unexpected challenges.
