​With reference to the Bank’s release dated March 20th,  2017 concerning the partial sale of CIB’s ownership stake in CI Capital Holding (“CI Capital”) and after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, CIB would like to announce that today it has successfully executed the transfer of  9.99% CICH’s shares at a transaction value amounting to EGP 101,426,324  while the Bank will retain a minority stake of 13.46% of CI- Capital Holding for the time being
