CIB customers:

Simply open an additional account through the Internet Banking service or Mobile Banking App. Please visit the nearest branch if you have an existing EGP savings account with the same interest payment frequency.

New customers:

Please visit the nearest branch and submit the following documents:

• A valid national ID
• Recent original utility bill (electricity or gas)
• Proof of Income

• Offered to Wealth and Exclusive Wealth customers only.
• Age: 21 until 59 years old.
• Consecutively maintaining the minimum monthly balance of EGP 500,000 to enjoy the local medical insurance benefits.

• Exceeding the insurance coverage age limit (64 years of age).
• If the customer segment is downgraded to Prime or Plus segments.
• If the customer fails to maintain a minimum account balance of EGP 500,000 for 3 consecutive months.

In the event that customers are excluded from the WellSavers Account:

• Accounts with daily interest payment frequencies will be changed to the Everyday Savers account.
• Accounts with monthly and quarterly interest payment frequencies will be changed to the Savers account.
• This change allows the customer to keep the same interest payment frequency and account number.
• Customers will be notified through SMS about the mentioned changes.
