1. Bank statements:
• Regularly review bank statements once received
• Inform the bank within 30 days from the statement’s dispatch date if you have any objections
• Submit a request within 7 days if you don’t receive your bank statement within 30 days
• If you are not enrolled, you can easily subscribe to the electronic account statement service through our Internet Banking service or Mobile Banking app

2. Update your contact information:
In order to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data, please update your personal data with the bank as soon as there is any change. This includes but is not limited to your phone number (mobile/landline), correspondence address and email. You can update the aforementioned data through our Internet Banking service or Mobile Banking app.

3. Data confidentiality:
In order to protect the confidentiality of your accounts and information with the bank, kindly follow the below instructions:
• Do not respond to any text messages concerning your Bank’s card data
• Do not open any links received from unknown sources
• Do not give anyone your bank information over the phone, as the Bank will never ask you for confidential information by any means
• Do not disclose any of the following information: passwords, secret numbers, the 3 numbers on the back of your cards and one-time passwords (OTPs)
