You should receive an SMS within 1-3 minutes. If you do not receive it, please update your registered mobile number at the bank through the Online Banking service or by call center. If you still don’t receive an SMS, please request it again through the ATM.
  1. Select “Generate an OTP” on the ATM screen
  2. Your OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS

Yes, you can through CIB ATMs only. Just follow the following directions:

  • 1-Choose “Cardless Services” from the ATM main screen
  • 2-Confirm that you’ve read the terms and conditions
  • 3-Enter your account number
  • 4-Select whether to generate a new OTP or if you have a valid OTP
  • 5-Enter your OTP (sent to your registered mobile number)
  • 6-Insert your money into the ATM
  • 7-Confirm the amount and your account number

Yes. Our cash deposit machines have a maximum daily deposit limit of EGP 20,000.

To use an ATM, complete the following steps:

  1. Choose “Cardless Services” from the main screen
  2. Choose “Settle Credit Card”
  3. Enter your credit card number
  4. Select either “Generate a New OTP” or “I Have a Valid OTP”
  5. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
  6. Insert your money into the ATM
  7. Confirm the amount and your credit card number

If your card was captured by an ATM inside a CIB branch during working hours, please make sure to enter the branch and notify the staff.

If the incident occurred outside the bank’s working hours or at a standalone CIB ATM, please call us on 19666 and our professional staff will let you know what the fastest and best thing to do is.
