The Com Credit Card is designed for online shopping only with a secure payment tool and limited credit from EGP 500 up to EGP 3,000.
You can activate or re-activate your credit card by calling 19666 from your registered mobile number, select activation option and follow the instructions written on the card.
It's safe to use the credit card online when used with trusted merchants.
If you don’t have your own FFN, once you apply for a CIB EgyptAir credit card, the
bank will create an FFN upon issuance of miles cards (Titanium or Platinum Egypt
Air cards).
Credit cards are not canceled, but they may be stopped (temporarily or permanently) for many reasons, including:
The customer didn't pay the due amounts for more than 30 days after the due date.
The customer has a legal issue, I-score, a negative list, etc.
The card may be stopped due to lost, stolen, suspicious transactions, etc.

You will be charged with mark up fees when perform transactions in a foreign currency, noting that all transactions outside of Egypt are charged with markup fees.
Please call 19666 to check the card delivery status noting that the card is issued in 1 working day and delivered to the registered address in 8 working days maximum.
You can change the address where you will receive the card by calling the call center at 19666.
Customers can find their card dues via CIB call center, Phone Banking, Online Banking or the nearest CIB branch, noting that all customers receive a monthly SMS with the amount due before the due date.
If you have multiple cards, you can request to consolidate the limits of your existing cards
under the same credit card program. The request can be submitted through the call center
or branch and will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
You can activate your credit card by sending an SMS to 1491 from your registered
mobile number. You’ll need to send 02 followed by the last four digits of your
card and follow the instructions. Once completing those steps, visit the nearest
CIB ATM to set the 4-digit PIN code. Alternatively, you can contact our hotline at
19666 using the registered mobile number and sign into our free IVR service to
activate and set a PIN directly.

Activation of replacement cards follows the same procedures as a new credit
card.
