You can apply for credit card closure at any time during the statement if you’ve paid the current dues on the card. The exception to waiting after the statement closure is if you withdrew cash during the statement or you’ve paid after the due date.
The buyout service is available for credit cardholders in which the customer is allowed to use the CIB card limit to settle the outstanding balance on other non- CIB cards and repay this balance in an equal payment plan with normal interest rates. If your due date is 25 from each month you can change it to be 5 from each month, and your statement will start from the 21st to the 20th of the next month.
The eligibility for the fee waiver is determined by the bank policy and the refund could be 50% or 100% of the issuance fees except for World, World Elite, and EgyptAir cards. To get the refund, you need to activate your credit card within the first three months of issuance then the refund will be processed on the following month from activation. The refund is for the issuance fees only.
In your physical application, you can choose the account for direct debit to your credit card billings. But this account must be qualified with certain criteria including (must be in Egyptian currency, non-overdraft and must belong to you).

No, you can’t reopen the closed card. You must apply for a new credit card application which will be subject to bank policy approval.
