Customers can change card types by making a request from the CIB call center or your nearest branch.
If you don’t have your own FFN, once you apply for a CIB EgyptAir credit card, the
bank will create an FFN upon issuance of miles cards (Titanium or Platinum Egypt
Air cards).
The supplementary cardholder can earn loyalty rewards normally on his purchase transaction, but the primary cardholder can only request to redeem the rewards from the online portal. Please check the following link for more information, please visit: https://cib.eg/uec.
You can update the direct debit account via mobile/internet banking and the request will be processed within three working days.
You can request a card closure through the call center.
The interest will be on the total due amount in your statement if you don’t pay it in full. The monthly interest rate varies based on the card type. You can find out more details on the interest rates applied here: https://cib.eg/4z1.

The e-voucher will be sent in a message to your registered mobile number.
You can update your registered mobile and address either on mobile/internet banking, call center, or a branch if your KYC and ID aren’t expired.

Customers can stop a card through one of the following:

  • Call our call center 0219666 which is available 24/7.
  • Stop the card through Internet Banking.
You can request to change your billing cycle for any card product through the call center or branch except cashback, World, World Elite, and EgyptAir cards. Here the active EPPs will be cancelled and the new card fees will be imposed. The request will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
All credit cards are eligible to access the lounges except gold, white, and e-com cards. You can download the MasterCard Travel Pass & Lounge Key application from Visa to know the available lounges.

You can subscribe to the credit shield directly through the initial credit card application or via the call center.
You can contact the call center and request to opt out of the service.
Please call 19666 to check the card delivery status noting that the card is issued in 1 working day and delivered to the registered address in 8 working days maximum.
You as a primary cardholder can request to close any of your supplementary credit cards via the call center.
If you don't have your own FFN once you apply for CIB EgyptAir credit card we create an FFN.
The SMS will be sent to the supplementary cardholder based on the primary cardholder request. Otherwise, the SMS will be sent to the primary cardholder.
