Supplementary cardholders can benefit from the installment program normally
through the merchant side. but they cannot request to enroll in a transaction via
the call center. Only the primary cardholder is permitted to make such requests.
The supplementary cardholder can earn loyalty rewards normally on his purchase
transaction, but the primary cardholder can only request to redeem the rewards

You’ll be charged 0.8% of the due amount in your statement. With minimum EGP8
if customer is enrolled in Credit shield or 0.65% with minimum EGP487.5 in case
customer is enrolled in Credit shield plus. You can check more details on the

No, the credit shield monthly charge will replace the regular monthly insurance
fees.
Customers can find the EPP dues through the call center or via E-statement through Internet banking.
The minimum due amount is 5% of total dues plus the monthly installment amount
if you have installment plans as well.
The overpayment may lead to the early settlement of your installment plans which
could incur early cancellation fees of 5% if installment plan with interest.
The due amount will be the total monthly installment for the active EPP’s.
You can settle the due amount through any of the following:
- Transfer the required amount through Internet or Mobile Banking
- Transfer the required amount through Phone Banking by calling 19666
- Deposit the required amount through the nearest CIB ATM
- Visit the nearest CIB branch

investigation with the courier and to initiate an official complaint.
