To redeem the BONUS points for a BONUS Voucher, customers should:

- Login to their account using any of their card/account numbers
- Check their available points balance
- Choose the E-voucher amount they would like to redeem, ensuring they have enough points
- Receive an SMS with a unique voucher on their registered mobile number, valid for 90 days
- Visit any of our participating merchant's checkout provide the voucher number registered mobile number and the last 6 digits of their National ID
- Receive a one-time password (OTP) on their registered mobile number
- Customers then share this OTP with the merchant to complete the redemption
