  • Tap Login
  • Enter CIB Debit/Credit card or number account number
  • Press on change country calling code
  • Type the country calling code in the box before the mobile number
  • Customers will then receive an OTP on their registered international number 
  • Enter the OTP and enjoy the world of BONUS

To redeem the BONUS points for a BONUS Voucher, customers should: 

  • Visit our website at https://bonus.cibeg.com
  • Login to their account using any of their card/account numbers 
  • Check their available points balance 
  • Choose the E-voucher amount they would like to redeem, ensuring they have enough points 
  • Receive an SMS with a unique voucher on their registered mobile number, valid for 90 days 
  • Visit any of our participating merchant's checkout provide the voucher number registered mobile number and the last 6 digits of their National ID 
  • Receive a one-time password (OTP) on their registered mobile number
  • Customers then share this OTP with the merchant to complete the redemption

All transactions are eligible for earning BONUS points except for; gas stations transactions, cash deposit or cash withdrawals at ATMs, annual fees charged on credit cards, interest and fees or charges, late payment fees, any of the services/transactions performed on the ATMs, smart and electronic wallets' transactions and loading, commercial transactions on Business Banking & Corporate cards, governmental payments, transactions inside noon app/website using noon credit card.

Yes, BONUS points expire 3 years from the transaction date.
The excluded products are EgyptAir Mileseverywhere family, Cashback credit card, Visa Business and Corporate credit cards, and noon transactions, whether through noon App or website using noon credit card.

Customers earn points by paying with any of the BONUS family credit or debit cards, and through third-party online transfers using internet banking.
