• Customers will then receive an OTP on their registered mobile number 
• Enter the OTP and enjoy the world of BONUS

• Sign-up BONUS: Get your sign-up BONUS points on your first purchase transaction within the first two months of your credit card's issuing date.
• Spend BONUS: Get additional BONUS points by using your CIB credit cards within the first three months of your credit card's issuing date.

• Press on change country calling code
• Type the country calling code in the box before the mobile number
• Customers will then receive an OTP on their registered international number 
• Enter the OTP and enjoy the world of BONUS

• Third Party Transfer: 500 BONUS points once in lifetime after the 5th third party transfer 

To redeem the BONUS points for a BONUS Voucher, customers should: 

• Visit our website at https://bonus.cibeg.com
• Login to their account using any of their card/account numbers 
• Check their available points balance 
• Choose the E-voucher amount they would like to redeem, ensuring they have enough points 
• Receive an SMS with a unique voucher on their registered mobile number, valid for 90 days 
• Visit any of our participating merchant's checkout provide the voucher number registered mobile number and the last 6 digits of their National ID 
• Receive a one-time password (OTP) on their registered mobile number
• Customers then share this OTP with the merchant to complete the redemption

To redeem the BONUS points for BONUS Give, customers should: 

• Visit our website at https://bonus.cibeg.com 
• Log in to their account using any of their card/account numbers 
• Check their available points balance Choose the donation amount they would like to make, ensuring they have enough points
• Select the charity they would like to support from our list of participating organizations
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete their donation
• The charitable amount will be transferred automatically to the organization 

To redeem the BONUS points for BONUS Cash, customers should:

• Visit our website at https://bonus.cibeg.com
• Log in to their account using any of their card/account numbers
• Check their available points balance
• Choose the cashback amount they would like to redeem, ensuring they have enough points
• Choose the number of the credit card they want the BONUS Cash to be credited to confirm
• Customer will receive SMS within 1-2 working days to confirm amount credited to the selected credit card
