Session timeout is designed to protect your Mobile Banking from being accessed by someone else when your device is unattended. If you leave a Mobile Banking session without activity for 5 minutes, you will be automatically logged out and directed to the main page upon trying to perform any activity after the session times out.
  1. From Internet Banking Home Page,
  2. Click on the account you want to view then click on “View More” for more details.

  1. Go to CIB Internet Banking page https://ebanking.cibeg.com
  2. Click on “Forgot / Reset Password”
  3. Fill in the following fields:
  • Username: Input your CIB Internet Banking Username
  • Password: Choose a new password
  • Password Confirmation: Enter your password again to make sure it is input correctly
  • Card Number: Input the 16 digits of your active debit/credit card without any spaces
  • Card PIN: Input the PIN code of your Debit/credit card

Click on “Reset”.

  1. Go to CIB Internet Banking page https://ebanking.cibeg.com
  2. Click on “Forgot / Reset Password”
  3. Fill in the following fields:
  • Username: Input your CIB Internet Banking Username
  • Password: Choose a new password
  • Password Confirmation: Enter your password again to make sure it is input correctly
  • Card Number: Input the 16 digits of your active debit/credit card without any spaces
  • Card PIN: Input the PIN code of your Debit/credit card

Click on “Reset”.

Once a username is set, it cannot be changed.

You can change it from:

  1. “Profile Settings” under the “settings” tab,
  2. click on “Change language” and choose your preferred language

OR Simply from the login page at the top corner.

  1. Click on “Historical Statements” in the main menu
  2. Go to “Account Statements”
  3. “Choose your desired account”.
Once you have added your related account to your Internet Banking, you can use the same OTP token app for both accounts.

If you enter the OTP 5 times incorrectly, the transaction will be canceled and the card will be blocked from further online transactions for your card’s security. In such cases, you will have to contact CIB Call Center 19666 and go in person to unlock the card after having your identity verified.
Please contact CIB Call Center operating 24/7 on 19666 or visit the nearest CIB branch to have your mobile number updated on the banking system.

  1. Go to “Requests”
  2. Click on “Add Related Accounts”
  3. Fill in the form with your related account customer name, the related account number, relation type and your comments if any.

  1. Go to “Requests”
  2. Click on “Add Related Accounts”
  3. Fill in the form with your related account customer name, the related account number, relation type and your comments if any.
  • You only need to have an active debit or credit card on an active Saving/Current Account or an active credit card
  • An active debit card means it has been used at least once through a CIB ATM
  • An active credit card means than it has been activated through CIB Call Center
  • You need to have your debit/credit card PIN code
  • You have to sign the e-service agreement at the nearest branch.

From Internet Banking home page:

  1. Go to “Requests”
  2. Click on Dispute Credit Card Transaction
  3. Fill in the dispute form on your chosen credit card mentioning the reason of dispute.

  2. “Money transfers”
  3. “Transfer between your accounts”
  4. Select your source and destination accounts and click on “Next”
  5. Revise the payment details then click on “Transfer”.
