  1. From Internet Banking Home Page,
  2. Click on the account you want to view then click on “View More” for more details.

You can simply nickname your account from the Internet Banking Home Page:

  1. Click on the account you want to nickname
  2. Click on “View More” then on the “Account Details” tab
  3. Click on “Edit” next to the account name and change it to the desired name.

From the Internet Banking Home Page:

  1. Click on “Historical Statements” in the main menu
  2. Go to “Account Statements”
  3. “Choose your desired account”.
Once you have added your related account to your Internet Banking, you can use the same OTP token app for both accounts.

From the Internet Banking Home Page:

  1. Click on the account you want to export, click on “View More”
  2. Click on the “Transaction History” tab
  3. Click on the export icon at the top corner, name your file and choose the desired format then click “Export”.

The daily limits for all transaction types are as follows (or its equivalent in FCY):

  • Prime: EGP 5,000,000
  • Plus: EGP 5,000,000
  • Wealth: EGP 20,000,000
  • Private: EGP 20,000,000

  1. Open the Internet or Mobile Banking page
  2. Click “Register New User”
  3. Select identification method
  4. Choose “Account Number” from the list
  5. Enter your account number
  6. Create username
  7. Create password
  8. Confirm password
  9. Read the terms and conditions
  10. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  11. Select next
  12. Enter the OTP password that is sent to your registered mobile number
  13. Select “Register”
  14. A confirmation message of successful registration will appear
  1. Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking account
  2. Click on “Apply for products” tab
  3. Select “Open new account”
  4. Choose account type
  5. Choose sub type
  6. Choose currency
  7. Choose which account to take and apply signature
  8. Click “Next”
  9. Read the terms and conditions
  10. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  11. Click “Submit”
  12. Click “Confirm” once the confirmation message appears

Note:

  • Customers cannot open the same type of any of their existing accounts
  • Customer should have at least 1 active account

  2. Choose “Payments to Others”
  3. Choose the beneficiary you want to transfer to, edit any details needed,
  4. Enter your 6-digit OTP,
  5. Click ”Pay”.

  3. Choose the source and destination accounts,
  4. Enter the desired amount,
  5. Click “Transfer”.

In order to perform a third party transfer outside your own accounts, you have to set up your third party payment beneficiary first. This can be done through the following:

  1. From the Internet Banking home page
  2. Select “Money transfers”
  3. "Payments to Others”
  4. Click on “Add New” and set up your beneficiary

  6. Click “Edit” in the quick pay widget
  7. It will direct you to the Payments to others page
  8. Click on “Add New” and set up your beneficiary

You will also need a One Time Password (OTP) generated from either hard token or soft token to authenticate your third party payments.

  4. Select your source and destination accounts and click on “Next”
  5. Revise the payment details then click on “Transfer”.
