Once you have added your related account to your Internet Banking, you can use the same OTP token app for both accounts.

From Internet Banking home page:

  1. Go to “Requests”
  2. Click on Dispute Credit Card Transaction
  3. Fill in the dispute form on your chosen credit card mentioning the reason of dispute.

If you enter the OTP 5 times incorrectly, the transaction will be canceled and the card will be blocked from further online transactions for your card’s security. In such cases, you will have to contact CIB Call Center 19666 and go in person to unlock the card after having your identity verified.
  • You can view transactions for the current and the previous month for each card, regardless of the card due date (25th or 10th of each month).
  • Please remember that you can check your historical card statement for the previous months from the statement option found in the main navigation.
This can be done through the “User Requests” found under the “Requests” tab where you can view all your submitted requests and check their status (Pending, Approved or Rejected), view their details and receive additional feedback regarding any request.

If you forget your username, follow the below steps:

  1. Call 19666
  2. Select 3 (Technical support)
  3. Select 1 (Retrieve username)
  4. Enter the active debit/credit card 16 digits number
  5. Enter the card’s 4 digits PIN code
  6. Username will be sent via SMS on your registered mobile number
