Yes, you can pay any transaction in installments with a minimum amount of EGP 500, whether it is a purchase or cash withdrawal. The available tenor ranges from 3 months to 60 months, added to the interest rate of the selected plan from our contact center at 19666 or the Mobile Banking app. After submitting the request, it will be reviewed within 24 hours, and you will receive a notification if approved. Also, you can follow up on the case from the Mobile Banking app.
  • Login to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Transfers” from the home page
  • Choose the type of transfer you need to perform
  • Click on “New Beneficiary”
  • For an Inside CIB beneficiary, enter the account number or IBAN number
  • For an outside transfer, enter all required beneficiary and bank details
  • Choose “Save Beneficiary & Close”
  • Create a nickname for the beneficiary, select the sending account, then click on “Save Beneficiary”
  • Enter the OTP from your activated CIB OTP token app

Yes, you can enroll in any transaction with a minimum amount of EGP 500, whether it is a purchase or a cash withdrawal with available tenor ranges from 3 months to 60 months. Enrollments can be accepted only if the transactions are still before their due date, the value of the transaction is within the card limit, you are in good standing with no arrears, and the full transaction value should be available for installment. This could be done from our contact center at 19666 or the Mobile Banking app. After submitting the request, it will be reviewed within 24 hours, and you will receive a notification if approved. Also, you can follow up on the case from the Mobile Banking app.

The Related Accounts feature allows you to manage the accounts of your loved ones and necessary individuals without requiring their usernames or passwords. You can access these Related Accounts from your own account by submitting a request, which will then be processed by our team

  1. Log in to your Online Banking user
  2. Click on “Profile” icon
  3. Choose “Related Accounts”
  4. Click on “Add New Related Account” 
  5. You will find a quick brief of the service. Click on “Continue” 
  6. Fill in the required details:
    • Customer name
    • Relation type (Grant, Joint, Minor, Power of attorney)
    • Date of birth (in case of Minor)
    • Related account number
    • Notes (Optional)
  7. Click on “Continue” 
  8. Review the request details
  9. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions after reading them
  10. Click on “Confirm Request” 

Your request will be submitted successfully and will be verified by the bank before being added as a related account.

  • An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number with a clickable link
  • Click on that link and all the needed fields will be auto populated in the CIB OTP Token app
  • Create a PIN code and confirm it
  • A verification code will appear on the screen
  • Copy the verification code and enter it on the Internet or Mobile Banking app

  • A success screen will appear, showing the successful activation

  • Enter the serial number of the device collected from the branch and the OTP generated by the device

  • Enter the card’s PIN
  • Create a unique username and password according to the set criteria

  • In the “Cards" section on the home page, select the card you want to add to Apple Wallet
  • Tap on "Add to Apple Wallet"
  • Follow the instructions provided by Apple on the screen
  • Login to your Internet Banking or Mobile Banking account.
  • Select “Payments".
  • To pay a new bill, click on "Pay a new bill" or go directly to the desired bill category.
  • Select "Bill Category" or search for it.
  • Select the service and enter the required information.
  • Select the payment method by selecting Credit Card or Account.
  • Review Bill Summary.

  • Enter the OTP from your activated OTP Token app.

  • Once you select “Investment Fund” section, you will be directed to the risk profiling questionnaire.
  • Click on "Next” to start answering the risk profiling questionnaire.
  • Once you complete the risk profiling questionnaire, you will get your investment risk rating and a list of recommended funds based on your responses.
  • If you wish to select funds other than the recommended ones, please visit the nearest branch.
  • Select one of the recommended funds to subscribe, once you select the requested fund, you will see the fund’s features along with a “Learn More” button. By clicking “Learn More,” you will view the fund’s prospectus, updated fact sheet, and terms and conditions.
  • Select the type of purchase, whether by amount or by unit.
  • Select the account to be debited.
  • Read the terms and conditions.
  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Check the box to agree to participate in the funds’ Shareholders Union.
  • Click on "Continue” to review the order summary.
  • Read the order summary.
  • Click on “Confirm” to submit your subscription order.
  • You will be directed to a confirmation page, where you can download the order receipt by clicking on “Download” button.
