From the Internet Banking home page:

  1. Go to “Requests”
  2. Click on Inquiries
  3. Suggestions
  4. Complaints
  5. Fill in the form and determine your request type whether it is inquiry, suggestions or complaints.

Those can be set either from:

  1. Click on the desired account that will be used as a source account in setting up the recurring or the forward dated transaction then click “View More”
  2. Go to the “Scheduled Transactions” tab
  3. Choose whether it is a transaction between your accounts or to a 3rd party
  4. Click on “Add New”
  5. Enter the details and confirm.

While performing a transfer, click on “Options” and turn on the recurring option and choose the transaction frequency.

You can easily set up beneficiaries through the application by:

  1. Clicking on “Transfers” in the menu,
  2. Navigating to “Payments to Others”
  3. Clicking on “Add New”
  4. Choose the beneficiary type, and fill in the required beneficiary details
  5. Then enter the 6-digit OTP from your OTP token
  6. Click “Next” to save the beneficiary.
  1. Tap on the fingerprint icon on the landing page
  2. Choose “Enable Fingerprint Login”
  3. Enter your username and password.Your biometrics will be saved and you will be able to log in using your fingerprint.
You can set up to seven transactions in your Favorite menu once you perform a successful transaction related to balance inquiry, accounts and card movements, card payment information, card settlement, fund transfer, or bill payment. You will be given the option to add the successful transaction to your Favorite menu.
  1. Click on the transfers in the main menu,
  2. Choose “Pay Credit Card”
  3. Choose the source account, credit card to settle and enter the desired amount
  4. Click “Transfer”.

IPN allows customers to send money through the following channels:

  1. InstaPay app, owned by EBC
  2. CIB Internet Banking  
  3. CIB Mobile Banking

You can submit complaints/feedback by calling the Smart Wallet hotline at 19716 or through the “Contact Us” feature on the Smart Wallet application.
Simply, fill in the OTP form in the branch, with your account number that you will use for the external transfers and download the CIB OTP token app or purchase a hard token and activate it through the Online Banking from “Token Activation” under the requests tab.
Customers can find the EPP dues through the call center or via E-statement through Internet banking.

Through the Smart Wallet application:

  • Select “Send Money.”
  • Enter the receiver’s wallet number (or select it from your contact list).
  • Enter the desired amount, then press confirm.
  • Press and hold the “Send Money” button to confirm, then enter your wallet PIN to complete the transaction.
  • Your transaction will then be successfully completed.

  3. Choose the beneficiary you want to transfer to, edit any details needed,
  4. Enter your 6-digit OTP,
  5. Click ”Pay”.

• Choose “Money Transfer”

• Enter the receiver’s wallet number

• Enter the desired amount

• Write a note to yourself or the receiver if they’re an Ameen customer (optional)

• Enter your wallet’s PIN

• Your transaction will be completed successfully

You will need to have the Higher Authentication Service (OTP) available on your account so that you can transfer to/from any of your related accounts.

From the Internet Banking Home Page:

  3. Fill in the form with your updated contact information
  4. Enter your 6-digit OTP to submit your request.

First, check if the brand/merchant has a “Meeza Digital” logo.

Merchant-initiated payment:

  •  Ask the cashier to make a purchase using their QR code.
  • On your Smart Wallet application, select “Purchase” from the homepage menu.
  • Select “Scan Merchant QR” and proceed to scan the QR code.
  • The payment details will appear on your application (merchant name, transaction amount, etc.).
  • Confirm the payment by pressing and holding the “Purchase” button.
  • Your transaction will then be completed, and you will be provided with an invoice.

Customer-initiated payment:

  • Ask the cashier to pay using your mobile wallet and ask for the 9-digit ID number.
  • On your Smart Wallet application, select “Purchase” from the homepage menu.
  • Select “Enter Transaction Details Manually.”
  • Enter the merchant’s 9-digit number or choose it from your contact list.
  • Enter the desired amount, and then enter the order number (optional).
  • Press and hold the “Purchase” button to confirm.
  • Enter your wallet PIN.
  • Your transaction will then be completed. The merchant will receive an SMS with your payment details.

Request-to-Pay feature:

  • The merchant will send you a request-to-pay notification on your mobile with the transaction details (merchant details, transaction amount, etc.).
  • Review the transaction details.
  • Enter your wallet PIN and press “Confirm.”
  • Your transaction will then be transferred to the merchant successfully.

Check if the store has a Meeza Digital logo and follow these steps:

  • Ask the merchant to pay through the wallet using the QR code
  • Select “Purchase” from the wallet’s homepage menu or “Scan QR code” from the login page
  • Select “Scan Merchant QR” and scan the QR code
  • The payment details will appear on the app (merchant name, transaction amount, etc.)
  • Confirm the payment
  • Write a note to yourself or the merchant (optional)

You will receive a notification informing you of the successful transaction and the merchant will provide you with a receipt.

Customer-initiated payment:

  • Ask the merchant to pay using your wallet or via a QR code and ask for the merchant’s 9-digit ID number
  • Select “Purchase” from the app’s homepage menu
  • Enter the merchant’s 9-digit number or scan the QR code
  • Enter the order number (optional)• Enter the transaction’s amount
  • Press “Confirm” and enter your wallet’s PIN

You will receive a notification informing you of the successful transaction.

Request-to-Pay feature:

  •  You will receive a request-to-pay notification from the merchant on your mobile with the transaction details (merchant details, transaction amount, etc.)
  •  Review the transaction details
  •  Press “Confirm” and enter your Wallet’s PIN

You will receive a notification informing you of the successful transaction. The merchant will receive an SMS with the transaction details. You can review all your payment requests through “Pending Payments.”
