Customers can load the card via ATMs only. Meeza prepaid cards do not accept transfers (including internet banking) and cannot accept deposits via branch teller. In special cases, Meeza prepaid cards accept ACH transfers from CIB accounts only.

  • On the transaction details page, click on “Dispute this Transaction”

  • Review Bill Summary.
  • Click on "Confirm”.
  • Enter the OTP from your activated OTP Token app.
  • Payment is successful.

  • Click on the credit card you want
  • Click on the “Quick Cash” option
  • Fill the required details: the amount you need as Quick Cash and number of installments (months)

  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions

The Smart Wallet is free of charge. There are no monthly, annual, or maintenance fees for this service.

However, please keep in mind that there are separate fees for each transaction you make. For example, if you use your Smart Wallet to transfer money, issue online cards, and more, additional fees may apply.

Whenever a transaction is declined on InstaPay, CIB will automatically reverse the transaction to your bank account immediately. In case the transaction is not reversed, please contact CIB’s customer service at 19666 and provide them with the transaction’s reference number to track it.

  • Recharge your mobile credit or anyone else’s from the telecommunications company of your choice (Vodafone, Etisalat, Orange, or WE).
