At the top left side of the Smart Wallet homepage, click on the rectangle and arrow sign. A message will pop up asking you if you want to logout. Select OK.

  2. Click the “Requests” tab
  3. Choose “Manage Credit Card Direct Debit“
  4. Choose card number
  5. Choose account number
  6. Choose the direct debit percentage needed
  7. Click “Submit”
  8. Click “Confirm” once the confirmation message appears

  • Direct debit percentage is either 5% or 100%

  2. Click on “Apply for products” tab
  3. Select “Open new account”
  4. Choose account type
  5. Choose sub type
  6. Choose currency
  7. Choose which account to take and apply signature
  8. Click “Next”
  9. Read the terms and conditions
  10. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  11. Click “Submit”
  12. Click “Confirm” once the confirmation message appears

  • Customers cannot open the same type of any of their existing accounts
  • Customer should have at least 1 active account

Your company’s authorized signatories must fill out and sign the account opening form and proceed with the standard account opening process.
  • On your Smart Wallet application, issue an online card with your desired amount, making sure that the amount is available on your wallet.
  • At the checkout page of any website or application worldwide, select the payment option Cards or MasterCard card.
  • Enter the card details (card number, amount, expiry date and CVC) at the checkout page to proceed with the payment.
