Yes, the required documents depend on your status either as a salary receiver or professional. Please visit your nearest CIB branch to inquire about the detailed requirements.
Since visiting a CIB branch will not be accessible to you, an exclusive service to meet your needs and proceed with your requests while abroad through recorded calls will be available. This allows you to conduct a number of requests, such as issuing certificates of deposits, chequebooks, replace debit cards, open or close sub accounts and more. No. All transactions are secured using your IPN’s PIN, which cannot be accessed by InstaPay. CIB will not authorize any transaction without proper customer consent using their IPN’s PIN.
