IPN allows customers to send money to any of the following:

  • Bank accounts using:
    • Account number
    • Mobile number (for IPN on-boarded customers only)
    • IPA (Instant Payment Address for on-boarded customers only)
  • Digital wallets (using mobile number)
  • Meeza cards (using 16-digit card number)

 

All your bank accounts and Meeza prepaid card funds belonging to one of the network’s banks.
Smart Wallet users can pay up to EGP 60,000 per day and EGP 200,000 per month.

If you enter the OTP 5 times incorrectly, the transaction will be canceled and the card will be blocked from further online transactions for your card’s security. In such cases, you will have to contact CIB Call Center 19666 and go in person to unlock the card after having your identity verified.

  • Single-use online cards will expire immediately after your first purchase or after 24 hours from the issuance date.
  • Multi-use online cards may be used for up to 3 transactions per month.
Yes, you can pay any transaction in installments with a minimum amount of EGP 500, whether it is a purchase or cash withdrawal. The available tenor ranges from 3 months to 60 months, added to the interest rate of the selected plan from our contact center at 19666 or the Mobile Banking app. After submitting the request, it will be reviewed within 24 hours, and you will receive a notification if approved. Also, you can follow up on the case from the Mobile Banking app.
Meeza prepaid cards do not require a CIB bank account.
There is no cap on earning the loyalty reward except for the cashback card. The maximum that can be earned within the same statement is EGP500.

No, single-use online cards expire 24 hours after issuance.
The welcome sign-up reward applies for all cards except for the Cashback, World, and World Elite cards. To check the card’s eligibility for welcome sign-up rewards, please check the following link https://cib.eg/e68.
Currently, loyalty points are not available on Meeza cards.
Yes, you can have up to three wallets linked to the same National ID card. Please keep in mind that you will need a different mobile number for each wallet.

  • Click on “Investment Funds” section or the “Request Center”, then select “Sell Investment Funds” button.
  • Select the fund you wish to redeem.
  • Enter the number of units you wish to redeem.
  • Select the account to credit the amount to.
  • Read the terms and conditions.
  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Read the order summary.
  • Click on "Confirm” to submit your redemption order.
  • You will be directed to a confirmation page, where you can download the order receipt by clicking on “Download” button.

Yes, through CIB ATM card-less services:

  1. Touch the ATM screen to start
  2. Select “Smart Wallet”
  3. Select “Deposit”
  4. Enter your Wallet number and password
  5. Enter the desired amount you wish to deposit.
Yes, the bank offers overseas delivery for a charge of $30 and the turnaround time for delivery is 7 to 10 working days. You can request It from the call center.
