Starting the 1st of July, 2022, a fee of 5 Egyptian Pounds will be applied on each cash withdrawal transaction using any CIB debit or prepaid cards on other banks’ ATMs in Egypt.
To review your transaction status, doublecheck your account activity and balance to confirm that your transaction was carried out successfully. If it was not, please refer to the call center.

Those can be set either from:

  1. Click on the desired account that will be used as a source account in setting up the recurring or the forward dated transaction then click “View More”
  2. Go to the “Scheduled Transactions” tab
  3. Choose whether it is a transaction between your accounts or to a 3rd party
  4. Click on “Add New”
  5. Enter the details and confirm.

While performing a transfer, click on “Options” and turn on the recurring option and choose the transaction frequency.

  • Transfer to Own Account (Same & Cross)
  • Transfer to Other CIB (Same & Cross)
  • Transfer Outside CIB
  • Credit Card Settlement
  • You may add/delete/modify any of your beneficiaries’ details through the payments to others page
  • You can add a new beneficiary from the "Add New" button at the top of the page
  • You can edit a beneficiary by clicking on the beneficiary then the "Edit" button
  • You can delete a beneficiary by simply clicking on "Delete".

  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Transfers” on the home page
  • Choose the transfer type or select the beneficiary
  • Click on “Transfer” 
  • Click on “Schedule” next to the transfer amount
  • Select the transaction date
  • Click on the “Toggle” button next to “Recurring Transfer”
  • Select the recurring frequency
  • Set the end date, if needed
  • Click on “Continue” and follow the remaining transfer steps
  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Tap the “Add Icon (+)” next to the “Cards” section on the home page
  • Click on “Credit Cards”
  • Choose between the offered credit card types
  • Click on “Apply Now”
  • Choose the type “Secured Card” or “Unsecured Card”
  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click on “I Agree”
  • Click on “Confirm”
  • Review the request summary, then click on “Confirm” button
  • Credit Card request submitted successfully
  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Credit Cards” under “Cards” section on the home page
  • Select the credit card
  • Click on “Limit Increase” 
  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click on “I Agree”
  • Review the request summary, then click on “Confirm” button
  • Request submitted successfully

You can stop a lost or stolen card by:

  • Calling 19666 and speaking to one of our Call Center agents
  • Visiting the nearest CIB branch
  • Phone Banking
  • Internet banking

Customers can stop a card through one of the following:

  • Call our call center 0219666 which is available 24/7.
  • Stop the card through Internet Banking.
  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • The "Related Accounts" section will appear on the home page with the related account names
  • Click on “Switch” 
  • You will enter the related account mode, allowing you to act on behalf of the accessed related account and make third-party transfers using your main account's activated OTP.
Yes, once the Equal Payment Plan is activated, you will receive an SMS on the registered mobile number with all the Equal Payment Plan details and the first due date. Also, you can check your request status from our Mobile Banking app.
If you cannot see one of your products when you log into your accounts, please send an e-mail to cib.customercareunit@cibeg.com with your product name and your username.
CIB does not store any account details on your mobile device.
By clicking on an account then clicking on the “View More” button, you can view your account’s details, transaction history, account activity, scheduled transactions and money spending.
Simply click on the account you wish to view. You can track an account's activity up to the past three months.
To exit the Related Account, simply click on the “Exit” button in the orange box appearing at the top of the page and you will be back to viewing your account.
Those are users who can act on your behalf and access your account through theirs.
