Yes, set/reset PIN feature is available through CIB Online Banking services. Please use following steps:
- Log in to your CIB Online Banking account
- Select "Credit/Debit Cards" under the “Cards” section on the home page, or from the “Request Center” by click on “More” in the service bar
- Click on “Set/reset PIN” button
- Choose required card and click on “Continue”
- Click on” Forget PIN?”
- Insert new PIN & confirm, then click on “Continue”
- As a second factor of authentication, enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
