  • Log in to your CIB Online Banking account

Biometric login for the CIB Mobile Banking app can only be enabled on one device at a time. If you activate biometric login on a new device, it will be automatically disabled on the previous device.

Yes, if your card was blocked due to multiple incorrect PIN attempts you can reactivate it through CIB online banking by using "set/reset PIN feature".

Yes, you can change your current PIN by following below steps

  • Log in to your CIB Online Banking account 
  • Select "Credit/Debit Cards" under the “Cards” section on the home page or from “Request Center” by clicking on “More” in the service bar  
  • Click on “Set/reset PIN” button 
  • Choose the required card and click on “Continue” 
  • Enter your current PIN and click on “Continue” 
  • Insert new PIN and confirm, then click on “Continue”

The PIN will be changed successfully

  • Download the CIB OTP Token app from your device’s app store
  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • When using the Mobile Banking app, click on “More” on the bottom of the home page, then click on “OTP Activation” under “Services”
  • When using the Internet Banking service, click on “More", then click on "Services" and select "OTP Activation"
  • Choose "OTP Soft Token" and click on “Activate Now”
  • An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number with a clickable link

Before login:

  • Enter your username and password.

Yes, you will still need to activate the physical card in order to use it for ATM withdrawals or any transactions that require the physical card. Digital provisioning does not replace the activation process for the plastic card.

*Fees are waived for Wealth, Exclusive Wealth and Private customers. For customers holding a Bedaya Savings Account, Easy Accounts or myCIB Account a fee of EGP 100 will be deducted on withdrawals from branches regardless of the amount, except for when a customer is requesting to withdraw because of closing their account.
