1. Go to CIB Internet Banking page https://ebanking.cibeg.com
  2. Click on “Forgot / Reset Password”
  3. Fill in the following fields:
  • Username: Input your CIB Internet Banking Username
  • Password: Choose a new password
  • Password Confirmation: Enter your password again to make sure it is input correctly
  • Card Number: Input the 16 digits of your active debit/credit card without any spaces
  • Card PIN: Input the PIN code of your Debit/credit card

Click on “Reset”.

Yes, as a primary cardholder, you can adjust the spending limit for the supplementary card at any time through our call center.

CIB’s Smart Wallet is a mobile application that enables you to do the following:

  • Pay all your bills, top-up your mobile credit, donate to various organizations, etc.
  • Send and receive money from your wallet to any other wallet in Egypt.
  • Withdraw or deposit money via any ATM in Egypt or any CIB Smart Wallet authorized agent.
  • Shop from any brand that has the “Meeza Digital” logo by scanning the merchant’s QR code.
  • Issue online cards with any desired amount that can be later used for making online purchases
You can change the address you receive the card at through calling the call center at 19666.

In case you remember your password and only need to change/update it, you can simply do this from the “Login Settings” under your profile, after you log into the app. Otherwise, you can follow the below steps:

For any new card, you’ll need to follow the steps for activation before setting the PIN code on the ATM.
After activating the renewal card, the current card will become inactive.
The cards are delivered inactive, and the customer must follow the activation steps either through SMS or via IVR.
For ATMs at branches, you can visit the branch the next day to receive your card back after showing your valid ID. For off-site ATMs, in case your card is captured in Cairo & Alex regions. You’ll receive an SMS with the details on the central vault location to receive the card.
If the card didn’t get delivered within the expected time, please contact the bank’s call center for an investigation with the courier.

There are three types of recurring fees on the card: a flat insurance fee charged every month, a stamp duty fee, which is 0.05% of the highest due amount in the last three months charged every quarter, and the card annual fee which is applied every year in the next month after the card issuance anniversary. Yes. The more you use your "Mileseverywhere" credit card, the more miles you will earn on domestic & international retail transactions, noting that not all transactions are eligible for Miles. Excluded transactions include ATMs, gas stations, telecommunication services, bill payments, government payments, smart and electronic wallet transactions and loading.
