  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions

The renewal card should be delivered before the end of the expiry month of your current card.

No, Online Card issuance fees are non-refundable.

The Smart Wallet is free of charge. There are no monthly, annual, or maintenance fees for this service.

However, please keep in mind that there are separate fees for each transaction you make. For example, if you use your Smart Wallet to transfer money, issue online cards, and more, additional fees may apply.

To access the Mobile Banking service, use your Internet Banking username and password. If you already have an account. Otherwise, you can simply register through the app by clicking on “Register New User”.

Below are the main requirements for registration:

  1. An active debit/credit card on an active savings/current account (an active debit/credit card means it was used at least once through a CIB ATM).
  2. Your debit/credit card PIN code, which you normally use at ATMs.

Now and till March 31, 2021, you can register to the Online banking service without the need to sign the e-banking terms and conditions at the branch. To do so, simply follow the above steps noting that you must sign the e-banking terms and conditions at any time within this permitted period to avoid service suspension

You can submit a request to decrease the card limit by visiting the nearest CIB branch. For the request to be approved, the current dues on the card must be less than the new decreased limit.

If your card was captured by an ATM inside a CIB branch during working hours, please make sure to enter the branch and notify the staff.

Yes, the customer can get the cash over the counter from either of the following branches: Cairo Branches: Mostafa El Nahas, El Gezira, Maadi tower. Alex Branches: Azarita Branch.
  • Onsite ATMs: CIB debit cards are retained at branches for 5 days. CIB credit cards/non-CIB cards are retained for 1 day and both depend on card’s status on the OASIS system.
  • Offsite ATMs: Cards are collected by the Falcon team and delivered to the central vault.
