Earn BONUS points on all kinds of transactions, and redeem them at one of our participating merchants in the biggest rewards network in Egypt
Important Points to Note
- Eligible customers are automatically enrolled to the BONUS points program
- Points earned on cards will reflect within 2-3 business days from the transaction settlement date
- Points expire after three years from the earn month
- Make sure your personal data is updated on CIB banking system to guarantee the ability to register on the BONUS points program website and redeem
- E-vouchers expire after three months from the redemption date
- All redemptions are personalized and must be used by the main beneficiary who is the primary bank customer. You have to present your National ID or Passport at the merchant to be able to redeem.
- Lost or expired e-vouchers cannot be replaced, and respective points are non-refundable
- Minimum points balance to be able to redeem is 80,000 points
- Points transfer is not available
- Mileseverywhere cards are excluded from the BONUS points program
- Internet banking points are given once in a lifetime after completing the 5th third party transfer
- Point earning on telecommunication services and bill payments is capped at 40,000 points monthly
- Not all transactions are eligible for BONUS points. Excluded transactions include ATMs, gas stations, government payments, and smart and electronic wallet transactions and loading

BONUS and MilesEverywhere results
Our Loyalty program is a way for our customers to earn points for their everyday banking activities. Customers can choose their preferred redemption options by exchanging these points for exciting rewards. Redemption options include, BONUS Voucher (E-Voucher), BONUS Cash (Cashback), or BONUS Give (donate to charity).
To redeem the BONUS points for BONUS Give, customers should:
- Visit our website at https://bonus.cibeg.com
- Log in to their account using any of their card/account numbers
- Check their available points balance Choose the donation amount they would like to make, ensuring they have enough points
- Select the charity they would like to support from our list of participating organizations
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete their donation
- The charitable amount will be transferred automatically to the organization
To redeem the BONUS points for BONUS Cash, customers should:
- Visit our website at https://bonus.cibeg.com
- Log in to their account using any of their card/account numbers
- Check their available points balance
- Choose the cashback amount they would like to redeem, ensuring they have enough points
- Choose the number of the credit card they want the BONUS Cash to be credited to confirm
- Customer will receive SMS within 1-2 working days to confirm amount credited to the selected credit card

- Sign-up BONUS: Get your sign-up BONUS points on your first purchase transaction within the first two months of your credit card's issuing date.
- Spend BONUS: Get additional BONUS points by using your CIB credit cards within the first three months of your credit card's issuing date.
