A: Call the Business Banking Contact Center from the registered mobile number, and select the pin from the nearest CIB ATM.

A: The authorized signatory must visit their nearest branch to sign and submit the request. The card takes 5 working days and will be sent to the registered company's address.
The authorized person must visit the nearest branch and apply for the deposit card and submit a copy of the cardholder’s national ID.
The receipt will only show the deposited amount with the denomination.
