Commercial International Bank - Egypt (CIB) is pleased to announce the launch of the "Celebrating Women CBE Financial Inclusion Initiative" from the 8th of March to the 31st of March 2026. The initiative aims to encourage the unbanked women in our community to access banking products and services that can help them secure their financial future.

The initiative offers the following product:

The benefits and features of Bedaya product:

1. Bedaya Savings Account

• Only a National ID is required to open the account
• Annual interest rate at 2.00%, with monthly interest payment frequency starting from EGP 1
• Free debit card issuance
• Low Monthly subscription fees of EGP 10
• Offered to New-to-Bank Egyptian citizens only
• EGP 100 per visit in-branch fees on the following transactions:
  • Cash deposit
  • Cash withdrawal (except for account opening and closure)
  • Internal and external transfers have additional fees (CBE instructions regarding fees exemptions to be considered)
  • Credit card settlement regardless of the amount
• Defined limits:
  • Daily debit transaction limit: EGP 90K
  • Monthly debit transaction limit: EGP 300K
  • Account balance limit: EGP 750K
• In case of a limit breach, the account will be suspended, and the customer will have to visit the branch to fill out a full KYC form and change the account type.
