Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum age: 21, maximum age: 60 at loan maturity
- Minimum net salary: EGP10,000
Insurance: Life insurance covers outstanding balance in case of death
Required documents: Application form, valid national ID, recent HR letter or three pay slips* or bank statements
*Applicants who have had a payroll relationship with CIB for more than three months do not have to provide an HR letter or pay slips.

- Minimum net salary: EGP 10,000 - for salaried customers, EGP 20,000 - for self-employed customers

- Application form, valid national ID, bank statement, and a recent utility bill
- Salaried individuals: Recent HR letter or three pay slips
- Self-employed individuals: Valid commercial register and bank statement
