You can now make bank requests through our Phone Indemnity Service that includes the following services:
- Book or break Time Deposits and Certificates of Deposit
- Perform internal transfers between your own accounts
- Request checkbooks
- Request debit or credit card replacement
- Amend Time Deposits or Certificates of Deposit
- Open sub-accounts subject to having the same existing signature
- Change statement frequency (monthly/quarterly)
- Request certificates and bank statements
- Close sub-accounts (on the condition that at least one remains open)
