You can now make bank requests through our Phone Indemnity Service that includes the following services:

  • Book or break Time Deposits and Certificates of Deposit 
  • Perform internal transfers between your own accounts
  • Request checkbooks
  • Request debit or credit card replacement
  • Amend Time Deposits or Certificates of Deposit
  • Open sub-accounts subject to having the same existing signature 
  • Change statement frequency (monthly/quarterly) 
  • Request certificates and bank statements 
  • Close sub-accounts (on the condition that at least one remains open)
