Debit and prepaid cards results
Customers can replace debit cards through contacting the call center on 19666 or visiting the nearest CIB branch.
You can stop a lost or stolen card through the following:
- Calling 19666 and using Phone Banking or speaking with a live Call Center agent
- Internet Banking (ebanking.cibeg.com)
- Visiting the nearest CIB branch
Submit a replacement request for card at the nearest CIB branch, then you will get a new card with the same balance as the old card.
NB: replacement fees will be EGP 15.
