Debit and prepaid cards results

It is a debit card issued specifically for MyCIB customers without a printed name on the card. However, it includes all essential card details: card number, expiry date, and CVV.

No, CIB Meeza cards can only be loaded from CIB ATMs.
Customers can replace debit cards through contacting the call center on 19666 or visiting the nearest CIB branch.
Meeza prepaid cards do not require a CIB bank account.
Submit a replacement request for card at the nearest CIB branch, then you will get a new card with the same balance as the old card. NB: replacement fees will be EGP 15.

You can stop a lost or stolen card through the following:

  • Calling 19666 and using Phone Banking or speaking with a live Call Center agent
  • Internet Banking (ebanking.cibeg.com)
  • Visiting the nearest CIB branch
The only difference is the card design. Both have the same features and benefits.
Customers can load the card via ATMs only. Meeza prepaid cards do not accept transfers (including internet banking) and cannot accept deposits via branch teller. In special cases, Meeza prepaid cards accept ACH transfers from CIB accounts only.
Contact the call center for internal disputes i.e., CIB ATM, etc. However, if there is another dispute related to a merchant, refund, etc., customers should visit the branch to fulfill a dispute form to take its process and TAT.
