To activate your CIB OTP Token, follow the below steps:

  1. Download the CIB OTP Token from your device store.
  2. Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking and select ""Activate OTP Token"" from the requests menu.
  3. Select ""CIB OTP Token Activation Request"".
  4. Review and confirm your mobile number to receive activation link via SMS.
  5. Click on the activation link to populate the data in the CIB OTP Token app.
  6. Enter the verification code generated from the OTP app in the Internet or Mobile Banking then click ""Submit"".

  • For Mobile Banking: Select “Cards Management” then “Dispute Credit Card Transaction”

           For Internet Banking: Select “Dispute Credit Card Transaction”

  • Fill out the dispute form on your chosen credit card and mention the reason for dispute
  • Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking account
  • Go to “Requests”
  • For Mobile Banking: Select “Cards Management” then “Dispute Credit Card Transaction”

           For Internet Banking: Select “Dispute Credit Card Transaction”

  • Fill out the dispute form on your chosen credit card and mention the reason for dispute

You can simply nickname your account from the Internet Banking Home Page:

  1. Click on the account you want to nickname
  2. Click on “View More” then on the “Account Details” tab
  3. Click on “Edit” next to the account name and change it to the desired name.

  2. For Mobile Banking: Select “Other Requests” then “Request New Chequebook” For Internet Banking: Select “Request New Chequebook”
  3. Choose the branch you want it to be delivered to
  4. Fill out the form to complete your request

*To issue chequebooks, the account balance should be EGP 25,000. starting 22nd of June,2023

Once you have your Related Accounts added on the Internet Banking, simply click on “Related Accounts” in the main menu and the list of your related accounts will be presented. Click on the “Access Account” button next to the required account to access it.

Simply click on the account you wish to view. You can track an account's activity up to the past three months.

From the Internet Banking Home Page:

  1. Click on “Historical Statements” in the main menu
  2. Go to “Account Statements”
  3. “Choose your desired account”.
To exit the Related Account, simply click on the “Exit” button in the orange box appearing at the top of the page and you will be back to viewing your account.
You can view your account details by clicking on the specified account, then “View more” and choosing the “Account Details” tab where you can find the account number, account type, status, open date, balance and your customer number.
