From the Internet Banking home page, click on your preferred card and your activity will be displayed.

By nature and for your own security, the One Time Passcode (OTP) is created to be used only once with every third party transfer.
Simply, fill in the OTP form in the branch, with your account number that you will use for the external transfers and download the CIB OTP token app or purchase a hard token and activate it through the Online Banking from “Token Activation” under the requests tab.

  • You can view transactions for the current and the previous month for each card, regardless of the card due date (25th or 10th of each month).
