  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • The "Related Accounts" section will appear on the home page with the related account names
  • Click on “Switch” 
  • You will enter the related account mode, allowing you to act on behalf of the accessed related account and make third-party transfers using your main account's activated OTP.
IPN beneficiaries are listed under the 'Instant Transfers' tab and marked with the IPN logo for easy identification.
No separate registration is required. If you're an active user on CIB Online Banking, you can access the IPN transfers feature directly.
