  • Calling 19666 from your registered phone number
  • Phone Banking from your registered phone number
  • If you remember your old PIN you can also do it using any CIB ATM
  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Credit Cards” under “Cards” section on the home page
  • Select the credit card
  • Click on “Show My Transactions” under “My Transactions”
  • Click on “Filter” 
  • Filter by date or amount range, then click on “Apply”

No, supplementary credit cards do not get a FFN number.

The Smart Wallet is free of charge. There are no monthly, annual, or maintenance fees for this service.

However, please keep in mind that there are separate fees for each transaction you make. For example, if you use your Smart Wallet to transfer money, issue online cards, and more, additional fees may apply.
