Internal transfers (including own and other CIB credit card payment) executed during holidays and weekends will be instantly reflected on Internet Banking, considering that interest -if any- will be calculated starting next business day.
External transfers executed during holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.

The Recurring Transaction is a forward dated transaction that you can set to be performed several times automatically. You can set your recurring transaction to be executed daily, weekly, semi monthly, monthly, every two months, bi-annually and annually.

Go to “Requests”
Click on Dispute Credit Card Transaction
Fill in the dispute form on your chosen credit card mentioning the reason of dispute.

Fill in the form and determine your request type whether it is inquiry, suggestions or complaints.
Once a username is set on the Internet Banking, it cannot be renamed.
Tap on the fingerprint icon on the landing page
Choose “Enable Fingerprint Login”
Enter your username and password.
Your biometrics will be saved and you will be able to log in using your fingerprint.
If you forget your username, follow the below steps:
Call 19666
Select 3 (Technical support)
Select 1 (Retrieve username)
Enter the active debit/credit card 16 digits number
Enter the card’s 4 digits PIN code
Username will be sent via SMS on your registered mobile number
Log into your Mobile Banking app
Go to “Login Settings” from your profile
Tap on “Disable Fingerprint Login”.
Once a username is set, it cannot be changed.
Click on “Forgot/Reset Password” through the app, and fill in the below:
Username: Input your Online Banking username.
New password
New password Confirmation
Debit/Credit Card Number
Debit/Credit Card PIN
Then click on “Next”.
Log into your Mobile Banking app
Go to “Login Settings” from your profile
Tap on “Disable Fingerprint Login”.
Tap on the fingerprint icon on the landing page
Choose “Enable Fingerprint Login”
Enter your username and password.
Your biometrics will be saved and you will be able to log in using your fingerprint.
