  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Credit Cards” in the “Cards" section on the home page
  • Click on the required credit card
  • Click on “show my transactions”
  • The eligible transactions will have a label beside it that says “convert to installments”
  • Click on the eligible chosen transaction
  • Then, click on “convert to installments” 
  • Enter the preferred number of installments “months”
  • Read the terms and conditions
  • Check the box to agree on the terms and conditions
  • Click on “Continue”
  • Review the transaction details
  • Click on “Confirm”
  • The transaction will be converted into installments and will be found in the installments tab

  3. Fill in the dispute form on your chosen credit card mentioning the reason of dispute.
  • You only need to have an active debit or credit card on an active Saving/Current Account or an active credit card

  • An active credit card means than it has been activated through CIB Call Center
  • You need to have your debit/credit card PIN code
  • You have to sign the e-service agreement at the nearest branch.
  • You only need to have an active debit or credit card on an active Saving/Current Account or an active credit card

  2. Choose “Pay Credit Card”
  3. Choose the source account, credit card to settle and enter the desired amount
  4. Click “Transfer”.

  2. Select 3 (Technical support)
  3. Select 1 (Retrieve username)
  4. Enter the active debit/credit card 16 digits number
  5. Enter the card’s 4 digits PIN code
  6. Username will be sent via SMS on your registered mobile number
